I was contacted several times by the company between the 11th and 12th of Feb 2014 regarding a law suit against my name for an unpaid Payday Loan that I did not receive. The senior officer Brad Harris explained to me that I needed to give him my address so that I could be "served" and that I would have to pay $9,000. A few months ago I applied and got approved for a payday loan online, and when I was going through the process of receiving this loan the representative told me I had to pay an amount of money to them through a Green Dot money card as insurance for the loan because of my credit score, so I then ceased the process and discontinued speaking with the loan agency. The senior officer who caled me this evening also explained to me that if I do not speak with him that I will be arrested w/i 24 hours.
