I ordered through an ad on Facebook and the money was deducted from my account on 2/10/2014. I have called repeatedly to 877-800-2212 which was the number given me by my credit union. I went back and looked at the ad and there was no contact info which should have been a warning sign to me. I have not received the merchandise nor have i received a response to the messages left asking for my money back since I no longer want the product. There was also a charge to my account for 1.48 which my credit union was for an ATM fee since I used my debit card to purchase. there was no mention in the ad of this additional cost. The cost of the product was $148.00. Where do I go from here.
