While looking at the info about a skin care regime that Ellen DeGeneres supposedly use I purchased what I thought was two trial samples one for $4.95 and one for 3.95. I clicked the order here not knowing that the 14 day trial info was at the bottom of the first page. The original order was place. Jan 5th. Next thing I know they have charged my account $93.00 for one product and $99.00 for the other which totally over drew my account plus $60 in overdraft fees. I would not have order if I had realized there was this kind of charge. They sort of help you overlook that by saying order here every other sentence which keeps you from going down to the disclaimer. I called them and explained the situation to which they offered to refund $100 only claiming the rest is restock fee. Restock what? They won't take the product back and if you cancel in the 14 days you keep the product for the original $8. The gentlemen I talked to claimed he was a supervisor and refused to let me talk to anyone else. I am unemployed and cannot cover the other $143 may as well be a million. Please help if nothing else to stop these people from duping others. Thanks
