Ordered a trial of Equinox and wanted the RTVL but it was not in stock. Ordered the trial of RTVL when it was available. Did NOT request they continue sending. Wanted to try it first. Since that time, I have been sent more Equinox with my trial RTVL (I specified that I did not want more) and then another shipment of Equinox a few weeks after I received another RTVL that I did not order.
Spoke with Brian in customer service he said to send them back unopened. I did that with the understanding that I was cancelling. Received confirmation two weeks later saying my refund request had been received and forwarded to concerned department for approval. I have since received a $73 dollar refund on my credit card, they say they deducted "restocking" fees. I have since (2/12/14) after receiving my credit card billing, spoken 1st to a Paul in customer service and then to Michelle Cross, Senior Agent. Ms. Cross indicated I would receive a refund for one order of Equinox as I had returned both mailings of the Equinox in one package, she stated, "that is the company policy." I reiterated that I had not ordered the product and therefore I should not be charged a "restocking" fee and should not be billed for the product. The phone call was ended with her saying I would receive a refund for the return of one order minus the restocking within the next 24 hours.
