I had a charge on my credit card for a product I never received. I then, 6 months later, received a letter from my credit card company saying that the charges I had disputed were proven to be for a product that had a paper trail showing it was delivered to my home. I never received this product!! On top of that, I had never DISPUTED the sale because I don't look at my CC statements that carefully to begin with! I will be demanding a signature on their "paper trail" and if there is not one, I WILL NOT be scammed by this company!!
