On 22 January 2014 I ordered on-line shoes at www.capturingchristmas.com which is a on-line store from sweetheart-bb E-shop(order number 43)and I payd instantly with credit card, because there is no other possibility. Pay notice came per E-Mail, my money went to "sweetheart-bb E-shop". It is the paywork transactionid: 20140122XXXXXXXXX633 (complete number available). My bank certified this.
I got no mail explaining that my shoes will be shipped and when, excepting one only Mail to confirm that my payment was done on 22 jan. I got NO OTHER MAIL. I send several E-mails to ask about. They DO NOT ANSWER.
Seems like I loosed my money, they are just bullshitting us!
