Last week, I was getting phone calls (3 a day or more) asking for "John," and when I tell them that they've got the wrong number (my name's Eric), they hang up on me.
I finally got fed up with them calling and asked who was calling and they said they were calling from Cash Advance USA and asking if I wanted to apply for a loan. I told them I didn't, and to please take me off their list, and they immediately hang up on me.
I still get calls from them. I'd love to know if there's some way I can remove my name from their list, or if there's any legal action I can take.
