this product arrived on the 14 oct there was no invoice so i sent the item back and did not realise they would charge me the above amount it stated £1.99 when i ordered it .since then i have been back on the website and the charge was only £5.99 i have tried to contact them by email but not had any luck also rang them to cancel the order it was an automated service the person said i would receive an email to say it was cancelled but not had that
