I made a purchase online for a weight loss. It was not even two weeks. I received the product a week later. 99.99 cent was taking from my account and I called them twice for a refund. I was told no I am not getting a refund. When I made my purchase it was a free trial for 30 days. It was not even two weeks. This woman name Amanda with an id# of 0513 told me that she was the manager of the place when I asked her to speak to her manager. I have file a dispute with my bank. I have file a complaint with the better business bureau. I have also filename complaint with the state attorney general of Florida.
