-Ordered products on 22nd January, expecting to pay £4.95. Card got declined, never ordered again.
-£153.95 was pending on my account 3rd February, even though I never went on their website again
-Called 08004046960 to explain, called me a liar and that I did re-order. The bank confirmed I did not re-order and that the company did it on my behalf.
-Sean (call centre manager) informed me that the company is unable to order once a card had been declined, but he would give FULL refund £153.95 plus return postage costs £6.95 and do it quickly as I was distressed
-Called 10/02/14 with tracker number, he issued refund of £140 and told me he did not say he would give me a full refund and that I had ONLY lost £10. Told money will be in my account 5-10 business days.
- I did not place the second order, it was automatically generated by the company, the bank confirms this.
- healthizon on USA 1800 7271796 say they know nothing about me even though they have taken money from my account. Please note return policy below which states only $4.95 will be taken from the account not £153.95.
-Contacted police and fraud team and have a crime reference number
