I received my bank statement for January 2014 to discover a draft of $160.00 from Your Online Order....I called this questionable company only to get the total run around with so many people talking in the background I could barely understand them....I was told initially this would be refunded to my checking account...I called several times due to being told I would have to wait to receive it, them return it and I would be refunded...the debit occurred on January 8 and I received the product February 4. I took the unopened product to the post office and sent it back first class..the postal tracking shows they received the product back on February 6. I called today and spoke with customer service 3 times and they tell me I have pasted the 14 day warranty period. I did not order this product....this is suspicious fraud and it certainly spells a scam to me. Companies of this nature cause companies with high quality standards to possibly lose business as this is an unethical so called business who cares nothing about business ethics. This is why I never order on line in the first place except from a highly reputable company. I just want the $160.00 they refuse to refund.
