I looked up this company called "American TV Service" for repairs of a Panasonic LCD TV. A Hispanic man came and tested as to why, the TV did not turn on. He said he needed to take the TV. He also, charged me $20.00 for the home visit. I keep calling (347) 336-8285 and he kept telling me that he had to order parts for the main board. He has stopped answering the phone. A women now answers the voice mail. I went on line and the address is a public housing project in Queens.

- The same thing just happened to me yesterday. I also paid $20 and they took my TV. I tried to call at the time he promised to return today and no body answered until three hours later. He called and told me that he needed extra 2-3 days to test and will give me a call. I doubted. Thankfully my TV is old enough and I paid $20 to learn a lesson.

- I would like to revise my comments left yesterday. The guy sent my TV back and it is working very well. The price is reasonable. I think there is misunderstanding.
