I made an order with hairextensionbuy.com at 9pm on 2/07/2014 (Friday). After I ordered I read several reviews of this company stating that they misrepresent their product by guaranteeing that the extensions are 100% human hair when it is plastic. I immediately tried to contact them through the chat option on their website, no one ever responded, so I sent them two emails asking them to cancel my order providing the order number. The next morning at 9 AM I called them twice and no one answered. The cancellation policy on their website states that you have to cancel your order by 11 AM the next morning to be fully refunded. I spoke with a representative on their chat and they told me that my order had already shipped, she then called me (9:40 AM) and told me that they had processed the order so I could not cancel. Honestly I do not think they shipped the extensions before 9 AM est on a Saturday, and that they are trying to keep me from canceling. I screen captured all of the emails, conversations, phone call records, and the cancellation policy and I will be disputing the charge with my bank. When I check the order number online it says "Status: none" So I'm assuming that they might have canceled it anyway. Lastly I sent them an email telling them that the transaction will be disputed. They have yet to email me back.
