International boundaries

Ordered a plant on Thursday Jan 30th was advised it would be delivered Mon 3rd. I noted on order if it could not be delivered on Mon 3rd, then do not deliver until Fri 7th as recipient was away Tues/Wed/Thur.

mon 3rd received FEDEX notifcation that delivery was Wed 5th. IMEDDIATELY sent email quoting order # and saying to change as per instructions on order - house plants don't do well left outside for 48 hours in minus temps.
No response to first email. No response to follow up email later on Mon. On Tues I tried to change delivery with FEDEX but as not shipper I couldn't. Sent another email to Wesley Berry - no response. Even called the help line followed the prompts - no call back, no response.

The pot the plant arrived in was broken. Sent notification asking them to advise how they intended to correct. No response

My error was to not check these cowboys out before ordering. I now see on line they have a trail of indifferent, bordering on fraudulent, interactions with customers following them.

$67 is not a great deal to me, but to be treated in such an indifferent manner in such a scammy way I will not put up with and will make it my job to exact my pound of flesh in more ways than one.
