Applied for free sample of RTL for £2.99 P&P. Was sent a pot of the product and was shocked to to find that I was billed £89.00 when my credit card statement arrived in January 2014! When another pot of creme arrived a month later, I phoned the customer services number, stating that I didn't order the product - only a free sample - and that I would return the unopened package. They refused a full refund, and said that £20 would be held back "for re-stocking charges". I am contacting my credit card company regarding this matter.
