AuraVie was advertising a free sample for just the cost of shipping. Just like so many others, I fell for this scam. They asked for a credit card for the small amount for the shipping. I entered my card and later I had second thoughts. I did a google search and found so many complaints about them that when the first shipment came, I marked the unopened package "Refused" "Return to sender" "Cancel all future orders". I didn't get anything from our postman showing I returned it, but I thought refusing delivery would be enough to end this but I was wrong, as another package arrived after January 20th. Of which I returned the same way. Well they charged my card $97.88 twice. Once on 12/25/13 & 1/20/14. I called the number on the website to tell them I returned the packages and wanted a refund. I was on hold a long time, then finally talked to a rude man who said thatI had signed up for some kind of monthly club where I would be charged each month $97.88. and I had no "RA" number to return it so that is just too bad. I called my credit card company and as I have no proof from the postman, I guess I am just screwed. I am a senior on a fixed budget and can't afford to keep getting cheated. It is a shame I can't purchase from the internet anymore.
