I ordered a trial product on 3 December 2013 and never received and now I have had 2 more payments taken out and they won't stop I have been to my bank to cancel my card so no more can come out but they have already taken out 2 I have no idea who to contact as I have never received an email confirming anything so don't even know who to contact to talk to about any of this

- I ordered the free trial pack of Hydrofirm and Collagen face serum which I decided not to go ahead with and called to cancel. I then received another unwanted product which I did not like and two months later I received the original products again and this company have direct debited my account against my wishes.i am having great difficulty finding a contact as the is no paperwork with the package. Not happy.
