My 84 year old husband fell for the "free" sample and paid $4.99 shipping charges. He gave them our credit card number. He was not aware he had somehow signed up for monthly shipments. We got one today and our credit card was billed $84.99. I called Force Factor to cancel any further shipments, told them the product would be returned immediately and notified our credit card company. I don't know yet if further action on my part will be required.
