I requested a quote for my iPad2 16GB Black on 11/25/2013 @ 11:27PM EST, and the pre-paid box was sent on the next day. After I received the box, I mailed my ipad in the box and Totem received the device on 12/13/2013 @ 3:48PM EST. Almost two months have past, the webpage still says "Status information pending". It is funny that on their website they said the name "Totem" means that they will keep their words! Such a joke
