I ordered Lumarepair and Lumamoisture in a 14 day trial offer, paying $3.95 and $4.95 shipping. They do not tell you that your 14 day free trial starts the day you place the order, not when you receive it. I tried to cancel withing, what I thought was my 14 days from recieving the product and they will not stop the charge from coming from your account. The lady kept repeating her skit, I asked her not to read to me, I just wanted to cancel my account, she kept saying should could do that but then continued to read from her skit. I asked her not to speak to me but to cancel the account, she continued to ask me if I'd like to refer friends and family. I told her I understood she was trying to do her job but at this point I didn't want to hear anything except cancelling my account. At this point I don't care if the product worked or not. This is a major rip off and definitely not worth the price. She would not stop the $169.90 for the pending shipment of product. The call center was so noisey I could barely understand the soft spoken girl talking and she couldn't hear me. After much yelling and verbal battle, I asked to speak to someone else. She said she could not transfer me...really???? What kind of business is this to just rip people off???? I asked how can you try a product for 14 days until you have recieved that product to try...they were counting my 14 day trial period from the time I ordered their product online, which meant my trial was over Dec 30, 2013 at midnight, which is when they charged me the full price for the next full shipment. I argued, raised my voice and told her exactly what I wanted and would accept no less, she acted confused and unable to understand me, I wanted my acct cancelled, she offered a 2 month suspension of my acct so I could try the product longer, I refused saying I don't need to try it longer, I want my acct cancelled and a full refund! I can not give you a full refund, let me stop shipment and I will give you 50% refund, 50% on something I haven't recieved and you haven't even sent yet...Seriously! I was getting no where, so I ended the conversation with this...You will not be paid for this, I will file fraudulent business claims against you and ask my credit card co for a review of this situation. All of which I have done and then some ...I am writing reviews everywhere I can hoping to save someone from the same dishonest practices I have encountered...Please this is poor business practice at the very least, I believe it is actual FRAUD, DO NOT purchase anything from Lumanelle, you will regret it!
