I just recieved a call saying that a lawsuit was being filed against me at the Sherrif's office cause I defaulted in a 500.00 loan from them. I do not have credit good enough or the residual income to get a 500.00 loan from anyone. He said that if I don't pay the loan today I would be picked up tomorrow. This should be against the law for them to do this to us. Why try to take advantage of us who are already in financial distress.This guy who doesnot speak good English has given me a headache and I should file charges against him.
