I did not know it would be $99.00 to join this auction site. I have been trying to get a refund for a month now, telephone just disconnects, I have emailed numerous times with the same response -- A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, with the following response:

I never hear from them again.
Everytime I tried to bid on something there were so many other people bidding I never won anything except more bids.
I feel like this is a scam, I would like to know, if a real live person has ever won anything.
