William L. Marlow (Personal Information Removed)

This individual (Harry Brown) stated (by phone) he worked for Windows Svc center (Ph 1-209-753-4754) suggested my computer was about to crash due to virus overload and they would clean it up and bring it back up to speed. The cost was as stated above and a new ICON appeared on my desktop as Macrovision software manager which
periodicly requests permission check software and I have been allowing access. Your article mentioned they may be gathering my bank information (which scares the ### out of me). I was thinking of contacting my 3 banks and asking them to revert my computer access to read only functions as I always do all my banking in person, only use the it to make copy once a month to check all accounts. Could you inform me if these people have been reported before and if yes how do go about closing this down and getting my money back or protect myself from further abuse??
