I agreed to a "Free Trial" of the product. The shipping cost was $1.30. I called to cancel the purchase within the specified time frame (8 days of receipt). When I called to cancel, it was automated with the only 2 choices to cancel. Either pay $94.00 or $9.94....so where is the "FREE TRIAL"???? So I had to agree to pay the $9.94 to cancel the account....not so free is it? I saw NO disclaimer on the website of obligation to pay to cancel. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES
