This 'scam' was piggy backed onto an online survey by and about the BBC (England). The 'thank you' for doing the survey was, at my choice, the ecigarette...worth in the region of £50 for which I would have to pay £6. I declined any other additional products (filters etc.) and therefore expected £6 to be debited from my card. I received the product and then a box of filters was delivered. The total debit to my card amounts to £73.98 (sterling).
A salutary lesson in 'nothing in life is free'. And possibly a warning to others.
