I purchased a motor vehicle from bill sadler claiming he was a private person selling his car. I bought a four wheel drive from him in good faith, It came with a roadworthy and he came across a smooth talking kiwi telling stories. When i drove the car home it made noises, i attempted to call him over a course of a few days, I then took the car to my local mechanic kmart, who advised me to do a roadworthy again as they stated, it was not in great shape mechanically...So to my surprise and $65 later the cars failed miserably. So the cost to fix the car were around $2000. I tried to contact him to resolve but he never returned my calls. I have now over one years later finally got my car on the road after being ill for 9 months and now im ready. I have recently found out that this guy is a licensed motor dealer who did not at all tell me he was and did not offer me any warranty of any kind, I have googled his number and he is still selling cars. I have reported him to office of fair trading and im doing this as i want to warm every body else about this used car lier. Im sure once he investigated i wont be the only one he has not given a warranty to..please please stay away from this shonkey guy...beenleigh
