I had subscribed easyBeezy(trading name for Massillon Victory Limited) in the month of August last year. While subscription they did not inform me at any of the pages that I am going to be charged 74GBP every month.
It just came to my attention while checking my transaction made through my card that easyBeezy has been charging me 74gbp every month for the past six months. In all they have charged me 444GBP (equivalent to 714USD). They have not sent any transaction mails to my E-mail ID informing me about being charged this sum every month even though I am not using my membership benefits. Surely this does not seem like a genuine company who value their customers.
Please help me get my money back as its a huge amount for me.
