I was informed by several representatives over the phone that if I paid my back bill of 394.73 and then the first months services I would get my cable turned back on. I went to a time Warner payment center and stated to the customer service representative that I was there to restore my service and If I couldn't restore my service I couldn't pay the money. She looked up my account and said yes now lets get that old bill taken care of, so I paid her and then she said she could re-enstate my service because someone else tried to call and get service on in their name but had an old bill of 900 dollars and I had to pay that as well to get my service back on.
