I am trying to contact Techmart247 Solution LLC under l-888-794-1293 with whom I have a Technical Support Contract for 3 years from Aug.22/12 to Aug.21/15 for $349.99. However, I have called this number since the middle of December 2013 but could not get through. There is a foreign language message on the answering machine which I do not understand. I also sent them an e-mail at [email protected] but have not received an answer. Please advise if this company is still in business. Thank you.
