I had ordered a jacket about 2 weeks ago, had paid for rush delivery as it should have showed up withing 2-5 business days. Nothing has come as a result of payment, no notification, no response to phone calls, no response to their Customer Service line. This is completely unprofessional and I do feel they are a scam based on all the bad reviews now have read after ordering.
I would suggest they shut down or tighten up their companies policies as they have some management / operation issues at large.
