I signed up for a trial offer on 12/31/13. I want to cancel my service. However, I cannot log into my account because the credit card I used to sign up was used by someone over the Christmas Holiday and I had to cancel and replace the care with a new one. They system will not let me log in because I don't remember the old credit card info. I can't find a working phone number. Where is a live person?
