International boundaries
We placed a large order with global sound trade - totalling over $1500 AUD. After extensive waiting we got some of the products, but we cancelled the rest after they could not give us a shipment date. They confirmed we would receive a refund of $954. I have now spent the past six months chasing down the company to get the refund we are owed. I have made complaints to the NZ consumer commission and The ACCC here in Australia (we bought the products through globalsoundtrade.com.au). THe company will not respond to e-mails or any facebook/online contact. A terrible company!
