I received two calls from this company (Eric Nelson), saying I had three bounced checks, totaling over $4000, and I would be served a summons. I haven't written checks in years, and they used my name I used when I was married to my first husband many years ago. A few minutes later, I got another call from another toll free number, asking for my first husband, saying he owed money for student loans. He's never had student loans! This needs to stop.
