Same as all the rest except when I called to get refunded they said I had to send them an email staying that I would not file a dispute with their company. So I sent them an email stating that as long as I was refunded my 97 dollars back and wasn't charged any further charges from their company I wouldn't have any further disputes with their company. Because I wasn't about to say I wouldn't dispute them in general and then not receive a refund. I then received no response so a week later I called them back and they said the email wasn't in the correct format. Basically they are giving me the run around so I now have put a dispute in with my bank.
