Same as the other complain, i try to cancel my trial,which they have charge me before i received it.And when you call to obtain a rma number,they pretend they dont have my order or my name,but they keep pulling the money from my credit card.And without the RMA number marked on the return product,they do not accept the cancellation.So if i cant rich them ,this could go on for ever.I need to get teir phone number.
