This company is vile!

I received a phone call 'congratulations you've won a FREE photo shoot'. I thought this would be brilliant as the year me, my mum and sister has had hasn't been great but we've come through it! They told me to pay £2 deposit which I did giving them all my card details. BIG MISTAKE. Tuesday 7th January (4 days before my shoot) my mother was taken ill. I rang them and informed them of this as they had before instructed me I can't just go with my sister as she was under 18. I asked if I could change the date as this Friday was highly unlikely. They wouldn't. Just told me that my sister being young doesn't matter any more and that I could still go. I reluctantly agreed as I just didn't see an alternative route.
Then late Thursday night/ Friday morning my mother took a turn for the worse and I had to be at her bedside. Once things had settled at about 11am (when my shoot was booked for 4pm) I rang and informed Fusion what had happened the gentlemen that dealt with me at first was extremely polite however he then transformed me to a woman who demanded proof about my mother. This was not something I wanted to go running in and demanding when my mum was so poorly and the woman told me to see what I could do.
If I'm honest the following week I had completely forgotten and was helping my mum back to full health.
Then on January 24th £50 was taken from account which wasn't there and left me with a £25 charge off the bank. Then on the 27th another £100 was taken and a subsequent charge. I was NOT informed about this and as human beings I expected them to ring me and remind me about the evidence not just tale money!
This company is horrendous and I warn everyone away from them. These people don't deserve jobs!
