I tried to stop this immediately, but only got ignored. I received an email message stating that they would be back in touch with me. That has been two weeks now, and still nobody has contacted me. I can find no phone number listed on anything that I have received from them, only the above address. They just keep sending me messages like I haven't asked them to cancel and refund my money. The latest email message I got today is that my website is complete. Not sure if they just ignore you until they have some kind of website created so that they don't have to give you your money back. I'm not sure where to go from here.
