I purchased boots via paypal via http://www.angela-fashion-shoes.com/ the paypal transaction listed Dong Xiangpin as the payee. Multiple emails to [email protected] have gone unreported. Internet searches for the alleged company and payed have discovered others reporting a scam. Paypal cannot assist bc payment was already made. Please advise!
