Here is a message I have sent repeatedly to this company to which I have not had any response.After repeatedly requesting a cancellation and full refund .I have written several emails to one of your Tech people telling them constantly that I do NOT want the product.She DID NOT give me the service she promised before taking my £103.plus and neither did she telephone me back the following evening at the arranged (by her I hasten to add) time. I sat here for over 2and a half hours expecting a call. She never had the decency to respond to my emails either other than just the one advising me that she was trying to get hold of me on the phone that day (Friday) No aplogy for making wait here Thursday night whatsoever the only reason she emailed me back was to try and get me to allow her remote access to my sons computer yet again which is Not going to happen.No mention of the cancellation I had requested and a refund. I have taken matters further and if this is not resolved as I said in one of the emails I will seek legal assistance into this matter. I was promised a service I did not receive and let down repeatedly. I was hassled from the offset to part with money I could not afford .All I asked for was Driver Update and that's what I intended to pay for Not over £103 worth of Nothing.
