This company has failed to respond to my email and online form requests (I made many attempts) to cancel my order or refund my payment to the seller website: idoreplica.com. The reason for my concern is that after ordering from idoreplica.com their website disappeared off the radar and they never confirmed my order.
Update: 02/18/2014
The company has contacted me and offered to supply the purchased item and asked me to cancel this complaint. I have agreed. If the item doesn't arrive in 14 days I will reinstate the complaint.
