Products RVTL and Equinox DNA was order on Jan 16th 2014 with a 14 day trail upon receiving it, and a cancellation. The products were received on the 22nd of Jan then my account was charged on the 30th of Jan. I called the next day to enquired why my account was charged the customer service people will not give me a good reason neither allow me to speak with any supervisor. I told them am going to send their product back, but they told me I will not be getting a refund back. I am going to send your product back and you do whatever you want with it. If you guys are concerned about your customers and want them to call when the products you send are late, you should email as to when the product was shipped so people can track the product and date. You sent the product with no invoice, phone # or company name and you want to defend your terms. Tomorrow I will take your products back to the post office to be returned to you.
