I purchased a children's book and paid in full with the sales person (Johnathan Michael Greene code EK22) selling for the company in my Cincinnati area however I never received the purchased item. I tried to call the company on multiple occassions however no one ever answers the phone and you are unable to leave a voice mail for a return phone call.
