International boundaries
Placed an order through "Barbour Sales Outlet UK" for a Barbour Jacket on 23/11/2013. This subsequently turned out to be a company in China "Auctioneerchamp.com" or SZ NFD TECH LTD or now www.secucreditunion.org making counterfeit Barbour Jackets. (Check out the site. It is pretty convincing about what they sell and their autheticity!) It turns out that "Barbour Sales Mall" are nothing to do with Barbour International Limited. As soon as I found this out I cancelled the order and requested a refund in full (within 2 days of placing the original order.)
I have since had an email from Fristpay.com in mid December stating that they would make a refund of approx $35 (less than 20% of the cancelled order) and that it would take 30 days for my bank to notify me.
Needless to say nothing has been heard from them again.
Steer well away from Firstpay or fristpay.com and also Auctioneerchamp.com trading as Barbour Sales Mall or SZ NFD TECH LTD or www.secucreditunion.org
