On Thursday 30/01/2014 via Facebook page for PureSaffronSlim i placed an order for a SPECIAL DISCOUNT rate/free sample bottle advertised at $4.95 after postage and handling after special rebate offer. However an amount of $284.91 AUD was deducted from my bank account.

The special discount was to be received via an email from the company for a SPECIAL REBATE PROGRAM supplied within 24-48hrs.

My credit card was debited $284.91 on 31st January 2014 and i am yet to receive any email regarding collecting the rebate of $279.00.
Furthermore I bookmarked the page when placing my order and have since tried to use the 'contact us' customer service link supplied on the advertisement but when clicking the link the URL is not found or page has been removed...?

I have now also contacted the PureSaffronSlim customer service centre in United States of America.
NOT TOLL FREE on the 1 800 969-0148 (International dialling charges are incurred from outside the United States...)
The customer service representative i spoke with asked for my current email address or the email that i used when ordering the product online, she could not find any customer order relating to my email address. Furthermore the customer service representative asked that i supply the credit card number associated that i used when placing the order with PureSaffron Slim online. She also could NOT find any credit card purchase details/order placed relating to my credit card details... So she therefore suggested i had NOT placed an order with PureSaffronSlim and to contact my bank for further details as to who i had placed the order with...? Great customer service...? I would greatly appreciate any further help in retrieving the amount owed to me from this company...
