I applied for a loan though loans direct and a week later i found that a company called cash locator had taken £67.74 from my bank without my consent or my knowledge. I have tried to find a website or email address to ask them for a refund but i can't find a way to get hold of them. If anyone knows of a way to get my money back i would be very great-full. zoe clarke
