They sent a dress that was over a foot too long with no slit in the side (as described in the title of the dress and indicated in the picture). After claiming that the 7 pictures I sent were unclear (all of which were on a hanger since I could not wear a dress one foot too long), they claim that it is still pretty on me (?) and that I should have a tailor fix it. They acknowledge the mistake but will not allow me to return it or issue a refund. They do not even read the complaints, nor care to fix their problems.
