Horrible customer service-
Ordered camera last week, was NOT sent, paid for 3 day shipping, I CALLED to ask if shipped, they asked if I wanted a battery, I said no and they told me I couldn't have the fast shipping, it would have to be 10_12 unless I upgraded to the oowhole "package" for the camera!
I told him to cancel and rep sounded almost pleased as to my sadness:(
