Do NOT ever purchase from tbdress.com. You will not get the goods, nor will they give you a refund. I ordered one purse from them to see the quality of their goods before I decide to order more. I had read lots of bad reviews on the internet about them but thought I would give them a try, with a fairly low price item. After two weeks, they sent me an email and said that the item is out-of-stock and asked me to select something else. I told them I did not want anything else and asked them to credit back the amount to my credit card. After that...NOTHING. NO Refund. Never heard from them again. I had written them a followup email asking again for my refund again. Still nothing. They are the biggest rip-off. NEVER EVER order from them again. If you experience the same problem as I, you should report them back to your credit card company/Paypal so they can prevent them from accepting payment under their payment method."
