I foolishly signed up and made a few bids on one of their items and bailed as I got nowhere. When I received my Mastercard Statement I noticed that I had incurred a fee of $304.49 without having made a purchase. I immediately disputed the transaction with MyDealSave via email which was a waste of time as they don't answer them.
I then disputed the transaction with my Mastercard provider.
I have been advised today that the disputed transaction has been charged back to the merchant's bank and a credit will appear on my next statement.
My advice is to immediately inform your credit provider when you have charged for a non existent purchase!!
Last but not least, don't do what I did and drop your guard when you see things that appear to be to good to be true as they never are!!!!
