voipmciservices.com deducted $33.95 from my account without my knowledge or permission. I called their phone #888-737-4177 and was asked for my name, I gave it to him and then asked him how they were able to obtain my bank account info, he didn't answer me but instead went into a planned sales pitch. The "supposed customer service rep" (He sounded very sketchy, almost as if this is some kind of home based business guy) said he needed to search the computer, then he laid down the phone literally, not put me on hold but literally laid the phone down on a desk or hard surface. A few seconds later he came back and said Ms. Wright I'm going to take care of this for you right now, I'm going to blacklist this account so no future payments can come out - I said Future Payments? I didn't authorize the first one, how did you get my bank account info, he again avoided answering me and said I would get my money back in 7 to 10 business days and that he was sorry for the inconvenience.
I never have been to this website, or given them persmission to charge my account anything.
I have reported them to the FBI Internet Scam Division, The Atty General of Delaware and the local Delaware police as well as my bank. Beware of these scammers !!!!!

Sites like the scam site voipmciservices.com hide their domain registration.
You can still report them to google.com security and godaddy.com sercurity and have them blacklisted and even hopefully taken down.
Just think how many people they have probably scammed that don't check their bank statements carefully. My guess is they are betting a certain number of people will not ever notice the charge since it sounds legit - I also notified MCI and their security team is looking into it as well.
